Leaders have a critical role in promoting flexible practices within and beyond their organizations to solidify their commitment and support for their people and to work together in ensuring inclusivity. A flexible mindset around work constructs - working hours, working weeks and workplaces - may help to drive faster business, economic and social recovery from COVID-19.
