The Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) issued Revenue Regulations No. 19-2020 which prescribes the submission of the new BIR Form No. 1709 also known as the Information Return on Related Party Transactions. The new reportorial requirement is intended to effectively implement Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) 24, Related Party Disclosures, to ensure that related party transactions are properly disclosed and conducted at arm's length.

She assists clients in handling transfer pricing audits conducted by the local tax authorities. Atty. Deonah also assists clients in filing bilateral advance pricing arrangement with the local tax authorities. She has also authored several articles on transfer pricing and conducted seminars and trainings for clients.
Aside from her experience in transfer pricing, Deonah assists clients in handling planning and corporate restructuring engagements. This includes assisting clients in putting up different entity structures here in the Philippines. She also assists clients in handling tax audits and securing rulings from the BIR.
