I Am Remarkable: A Talk on Exercising Self-Promotion
Promoting team dynamics, improving diversity, and stimulating motivation are among the key elements in coping with organizational development and challenges. Meanwhile, at an individual level, it is crucial to recognize one's role and accomplishments, to maximize advancements and opportunities.
It is in this context that the ECCP Women in Business Committee is organizing a webinar, "I Am Remarkable: A Talk on Exercising Self-Promotion" on 10 September 2020. With Ms. Veronica Alvarez, #IAmRemarkable facilitator, and an accomplished learning and development consultant, we will take a deep dive into the concept of self-promotion, unconscious bias, and articulating achievements as a key to individual and organizational success.
