Taking care of your mental health is now more important than ever. The ECCP, in partnership with, Infinit Care invites you to attend this 2-hour workshop that will assist how to develop guiding principles that can be applied to decisions and discussions on mental health for organizations. Specifically, the workshop aims to assess organization's readiness to implement a mental health program; look into different factors, maybe external or internal that can affect or enhance the program; review company's best practices, and add wellness (psychological health) management in the workplace to current company policies and processes; and understand how to engage external experts, such as an employee assistance program provider.

Like other health and safety approaches, it is an ongoing process, but if you haven't started implementing a mental health program for your company, a careful and thorough understanding of how to get started is necessary.
