He has worked on hundreds of customer assignments in all main markets of APAC ranging from Japan to Australia. He has 40 years of professional experience from Management Consulting and Sales Channel Development. He holds CMC- certificate since 2010 (Certified Management Consultant) and he is a founding member of Asian Insiders, a consortium of Asia expert consultants with presence in India, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, China and through associate partners in other Asian countries.
Pietro has 35 years of international business experience, 10 years of Vietnamese experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Channel development, Manufacturing and Outsourcing. His work experience since 1983 includes positions such as KAM, Product Group Management, P&L for worldwide sales channel, Commercial Counselor in Vietnam, Senior Consultant, Market Expert, CEO.

Volker Friedrich has over 30 years of professional experience ranging from mid-sized and large companies in the B2B segment. Focus on machinery and engineering industry, infrastructure projects and B2B channels. He used to work with management consulting company Roland Berger & Partner as senior consultant. He has acted as lecturer at Berlin University in International Economics and International Business Ethics and has extensive references in market entry, production re-locations, development of sales channels and numerous interim management assignments. He has worked on hundreds of customer assignments in all main markets of APAC ranging from India, China and all countries in South East Asia.
