How much of the 'new normal' is actually 'new'?

The COVID-19 pandemic is disrupting and pushing governments, businesses, and consumers to experiment with new methods they would otherwise not consider due to organizational or ideological inertia. These trends brought about by the pandemic-induced economic crisis will take some time before forming a "new normal". Conceivably, existing trends may have a greater impact in shaping the future landscape.

In this webinar entitled "Socio-Economic Trends That Will Strengthen And Shape the Future World", Ipsos will look into existing socio-economic trends intensified by this crisis and explore how the emerging trends will play a role in reshaping the world in the coming years.
