The health crisis and the current set-up may deem overwhelming and stressful for a lot of individuals these days. Furthermore, with the closure of fitness and health clubs due as a social distancing measure, there has been increased reliance on at-home exercises to maintain one’s physical fitness.
With this, the ECCP Women in Business Committee is thrilled to invite you to its Week-ender Virtual Yoga on 15 May. Join us as Ms. Kitkat Cuenca guides us through a 35-minute yoga session that will help release stress and improve muscle strength, energy, and vitality.
