He comes from a strong commercial real estate background, taking on a key role in all brokerage transactions. He also has been instrumental in the growth of the company leading a team of over 180 professionals across a range of services. Since founding KMC, he has remained an active member of some of the most esteemed organizations in business, to ensure KMC’s leading position in the real estate industry. Michael works with various clients and government agencies such as the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and the Board of Investments.
He is one of the main professionals involved in building and streamlining the company’s research capabilities by providing clients with market insights and helps them in the process of making sound investments in the Philippines. He is also heading consultancy projects and publishes market reports that help clients understand the current dynamics and trends of the market.
Rita Kash is a Senior Director of the Transactions and Advisory Services at KMC. She is a licensed real estate broker and also has a Masters of Corporate Real Estate degree holder with a special designation in Workplace Strategy. She started with KMC in 2012 and has since closed approximately 100,150 square meters of commercial real estate transactions.
