With more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Tim helps corporate real estate professionals develop and execute their workplace property strategies as the Head of Occupier Services and Commercial Agency for Knight Frank Asia Pacific. In addition, with extensive expertise in the industrial and logistics market, he leverages his knowledge in the rapidly evolving supply chain landscape to help companies develop effective change-management strategies.

Drawing lessons from markets across the region, Tim will discuss how international occupiers are dealing with their countries’ COVID-19 situation.




Morgan McGilvray

Morgan helps connect people with property. In more than 8 years of advising BPOs in the Philippines, he has worked with both Fortune 100s and SMEs to find real estate solutions that work for them. Morgan serves as the Senior Director of Occupier Services & Commercial Agency at Santos Knight Frank. He has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California.

Morgan will analyze the pandemic’s impact on office occupiers in the Philippines and recommend real estate strategies for companies to undertake.




Rick Santos
