Separation Notification Training is designed to assist leaders and managers to conduct a legally sound, yet sensitive separation discussion, significantly improving the odds of successful notification process. The main objective of this program is to help managers to become more comfortable and effective during notifications. Additionally, participants will learn to handle the subject with skills and compassion; sound professionally through respectful techniques to notify employees of the separation; prepare responses for a range of reactions of those who are being notified; and develop strategies for communicating with remaining employees.
