Atty. Amanda Carpo, President and Head Legal Counsel of Kittelson & Carpo Consulting, will present a simplified version of the salient features of the RCC — from amendments to the equity requirements to the introduction of electronic meetings and independent directors — to help foreign corporations understand how the new law will affect their operations in the Philippines.
