13th ECCP Cebu Football Cup

1. Deadline of submission of Registration Forms, Team Requirements (Team line-up; HR certificate; Photocopy of employee ID) and Registration Fee is March 31, 2020. Registration will be FIRST PAY – FIRST SERVE basis with limited slots for both Men’s and Women’s category.
2. Each invited company should form a football team with a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 15 players. Participation should include all levels of the company. Players must be hired at least 3 months prior to the actual game. Eligible are those probationary for at least three months, regular employees, contractual employees).
3. There will be two categories—Men’s and Women’s Divisions. Each company can register a maximum of two [2] teams per category.
4. To register, simply fill up the registration form and email to jillian.sitchon@eccp.com.
5. Companies should submit ONE Certificate of Employment PER team indicating each player’s date of hiring. A photocopy of each employee’s ID should also be attached.
