This month's ECCP Coffee Morning session will tackle work efficiency in an inter-cultural environment. We may not recognize it, but the culture of your business drives an organization's success or failure. Management guru Peter Drucker said that “culture eats strategy for breakfast” and IBM’s Lou Gerstner came to see that culture isn’t just one aspect of the game. “It is the game.” Managing to work across Philippine and international cultures adds to the challenge.
This March 21st, come join Coach Wouter of TransformationFirst.Asia and learn how your business can become a winner across cultures.
Executives and managers who are keen to build a successful business culture to survive and thrive in today’s connected world.
