Description of the Course:
Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. When you sense danger—whether it's real or imagined—the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or-flight” reaction, or the stress response.
Stress can hit anyone and in different circumstances. How do we control this or better yet, how can we respond to this? This one day program will help the participants: 1.) adapt to and manage stress on the job; 2) maintain and manage effective working relationships; 3.) connect to what motivates them and 4.) create a healthy lifestyle
The program will focus on the following:
- Mental Energy – maintaining appropriate focus and sustaining a solutions-based approach
- Emotional Energy – transforming threat to challenge
- Spiritual Energy – connecting to our values and to our life vision
- Physical Energy – growing, maintaining and replenishing the fuel to win
