FIRST CEBU JOINT FOREIGN CHAMBERS (JFC) BUSINESS AND NETWORKING NIGHT
Topic
"Federalism: Is the Business Sector Ready?"
Jointly with other foreign chambers, the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) advocates for rapid economic growth in the Philippines, job creation and inclusivity. We address obstacles to faster growth, such as the lack of infrastructure, traffic issues, connectivity by air and sea, a level playing field for business, successful integration of the Philippines into the ASEAN Economic Community, resource management from energy to water, and a growing partnership between the LGUs and the private sector. Investment promotion and needed incentives for investors (local and foreign) is also high on our agenda.
The Joint Foreign Chambers (JFC) is a coalition of the American, Australian-New Zealand, Canadian, European, Japanese and Korean chambers in the Philippines and the Philippine Association of Multinational Companies Headquarters Inc. The group represents over 3000 member companies engaged in trade and investment.
In line with this, we are organizing the first JFC economic and business networking night in Cebu on Friday, August 12, 6:30pm, at the Ballroom of Cebu City Marriott Hotel. The topic to be discussed is "Federalism: Is the Business Sector Ready?"
As we understand that the topic is very relevant to Cebu and the event, a good opportunity to network with the foreign business community, we are inviting you to be with us in a cocktail party.
We look forward to see you on August 12!
