As a business organization with an advocacy for energy efficiency and conservation in the country, the ECCP recognizes the need for improving energy use and gain energy savings at the enterprise level to achieve industry competitiveness through energy efficiency initiatives. This is collectively known as the Energy Smart Program.

Since then, it has gained partnerships with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) in promoting energy efficiency initiatives across industries. With this opportunity, we believe that involving the CEOs of companies will help accelerate the drive in developing such programs within their organizations.

In this context the ECCP is organizing a CEO forum on energy efficiency in order to make a strong case that energy efficiency programs are worthwhile investments that lead to clear reductions in energy consumption, energy cost and higher margins.
