Strategic Sales Execution includes understanding how to achieve sales targets with the aid of individual field sales representative actions. It entails developing plans and methods to accomplish the intended results, which might include growing the customer base, market share, and revenue.

This program aims to impart knowledge about the importance of proper sales strategy that could make managing sales easier, leading to better efficiency that could push a business to its greatest potential.

By the end of the 3.5-hour program, the learners will be able to apply the foundations of strategic sales execution toolbox in their sales planning and monitoring specifically through:

  • Utilizing preparation tools to improve one's sales plan
  • Aligning with the company/department's goals, targets, and process
  • Updating one's pipeline and improve quality leads
  • Utilizing technology to improve sales monitoring
  • Practicing the execution principles to improve sales activities monitoring
