The 5S Plus 2S Process webinar is necessary in order to ensure compliance with customer service standards in relation to good housekeeping and files and records management. Stephen Banares has been conducting trainings / seminars for banks and other corporate clients. These clients include Bankers Institute of the Philippines (BAIPHIL), EastWest Bank, ING Bank, Philippine Bank of Communications, Bank of Makati, UCPB Savings Bank, to name a few.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Negros Occidental – Recoletos (UNO-R) in Bacolod City with a degree in Accountancy. He was awarded Distinguished Alumnus for Banking and Education in 2015. SIB earned MBA units from University of St. La Salle in Bacolod City where he was a Dean’s Lister. He continued his MBA at Ateneo de Manila University in Makati. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
