Mental health in the workplace has gained significant attention, particularly during the peak of the 2020 pandemic. Organizations primarily focused on providing employees with vaccinations and mental health support, which included webinars, training programs, and access to professional assistance. During this period, mental health levels among employees in the Philippines were also assessed.

It is along this line that ECCP, in partnership with PVP, is hosting an informative session that will present data on stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout levels within companies from 2020 to 2023. The session will feature statistics, insights, and valuable information throughout the presentation. Beyond the data, the discussion will delve into the practical implications of these results, addressing the issues and challenges related to mental health in the workplace. Furthermore, the conversation will explore various programs and activities that organizations can implement to support their employees in this regard.
