The Asian Forum on Enterprise for Society (AFES), Asia's premier forum for fostering dialogue on corporate responsibility, innovation, and sustainable business practices, is set to make an anticipated return to a full in-person event, this September 26-27, 2023, at the Conrad Hotel, Pasay City, Philippines. Organized by the Asian Institute of Management Ramon V. Del Rosario, Sr. Center for Corporate Responsibility (AIM RVR Center), AFES has been the cornerstone of thought leadership and best practices, and is set to fly-in international speakers, highlighting the evolving role of businesses in shaping a more sustainable future.
AFES: A Legacy of Impact
Previously known as the Asian Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility, launched in 2002, the event has been convened in different Asian destinations such as Manila, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bali, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, and Nay Pyi Taw. In 2018, AFES had 36 world-class speakers and was attended by over 600 participants from 33 countries. In the wake of the global pandemic, AFES embraced the virtual landscape in 2021, successfully transcending physical boundaries to unite over 2,600 participants from 42 countries. This bold move expanded the discourse beyond Corporate Social Responsibility, encompassing themes of social innovation, corporate governance, and resilience in the face of adversity.
AFES 2023: Boosting Innovation and Inclusion Together
With the theme, "Boosting Innovation and Inclusion Together," AFES 2023 aims to drive meaningful conversations that explore how businesses can not only adapt but thrive as agents of innovation and inclusivity in an Asian society. The two-day conference, scheduled for September 26-27, 2023, at the Conrad Hotel, Pasay City, Philippines, promises to be a nexus of expertise, ideas, and visionary thinking.
