t is inevitable not to experience stress as it can stem from all aspect of our lives. Thus, learning how to release tension and energy blockages in our mind and body are crucial in reducing fatigue and enhancing quality of life.

At the ECCP Women in Business Committee wellness session happening on 10 August 2023, 4:00 - 5:00pm, via Zoom, we will provide a platform for talks on increasing stress and fatigue tolerance, as well as practicing energy revitalisation exercises and breathing techniques to improve our overall wellness.
