Governing refers to the employment of political, social, and administrative activities to affect or control a result. The Philippines has a presidential form of government, with authority divided evenly between the executive, legislative, and judicial departments. Through this system of checks and balances, the government strives to act in the best interests of its population. The Philippines is currently dealing with substantial and new management issues as a result of an ongoing pandemic. Nonetheless, these provide chances for government employees to be more creative, efficient, and effective.
