The forum is first in a series of events and workshops organized by Integrity Initiative to promote ethics, integrity, compliance, and good governance, and to continuously educate the private sector in these areas.The Integrity Initiative is a private sector-led campaign that aims to promote common ethical standards among various sectors of society. It operates on the principle of inclusion and collective action.

FORUM DESCRIPTION

Prof. Angeles argues that cultural traits drive corruption. This talk will identify these traits and discuss how they affect and even hamper ethics efforts in companies. Identifying them is the first step in building a corporate ethics culture. From this assessment, the talk will then offer suggestions on how a culturally sensitive corporate ethics culture can be built in the Philippines.
