5th ECCP Football Cup 2011

It's back for the FIFTH time!

After four successful runs, we will be having the ECCP Football Cup once again on May 15, 2011 at Cebu International School. We wish to invite your company to a fun-filled day of sports, team bonding, games, food, drinks and networking.

To Join:

1. Each invited company should form a football team with a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 15 players. Participation should include all levels of the company (from CEO to messenger). Players must be hired at least 3 months prior to the actual game. Children of the CEO and board members who are at least 15 years old are eligible to join.
2. There will be two categories—Men’s and Ladies’ Open. Each company can register a maximum of two teams per category.
3. To register, simply fill up the downloadable Registration Form and fax to (032) 253-3387 or (032) 412-6701 or e-mail to cebu@eccp.com.
4. Each player must also submit a photocopy of his/her company ID and Certificate of Employment (COE). Players may submit one COE for the entire team indicating each player’s date of hiring.
5. Deadline of submission of registration forms, requirements and registration fee is on April 1, 2011.
