This association, which represents around 80 entities around the world, aims at reinforcing and developing members’ visibility and growth by providing advices and expertise in the Aviation industry. ASBAA presents to the members a platform for communication and actions enhancing Business Aviation access, regulation, safety, public awareness and contribution to their local economy.
The common aspiration of all ASBAA members is to support the aviation industry with knowledge, experience and partnership on complex or current matters throughout Asia, and worldwide.
PhilJets is the 2nd Filipino group, after Aviation Concept, to join the association. By doing so, it reaffirms its intention to become a top business actor in the industry, and the drive for recognition of the Philippines as one of the most mature countries in Business Aviation nowadays. Integrating this association will assert PhilJets as the spokesperson for Aviation in the Filipino market, and bring to the company valuable sector information, powerful network and extended visibility in the industry-specific airshows and events.
PhilJets complements this membership by an involvement in several other business and aerospace associations within the ASEAN region.
In 2013, PhilJets Group joined the Makati Business Club, one of the top business associations of the Philippines, which aims at promoting Philippines national growth through business sector progress. It has been PhilJets’s ambition since its incorporation in 2012 to play a leading role in the development of the country, by providing innovative ideas and projects to expand Filipino local and international trade as a whole.
The company is also a distinct partner of the French and European Chambers of Commerce, thanks to its CEO, Thierry Tea who is an active advisor for the European Foreign Investment Council and a permanent member of the French CCE. Both the ECCP and the CCE offer a wide range of business services and create links and network between companies, organizations and individuals around the Philippines.
Finally, through its affiliation with AIAP, the Aerospace Industries Association of the Philippines, PhilJets is also one of the leading patrons locally in its field. PhilJets continuously reinforced its participation in the non-governmental association since its registration as a member in 2013, to participate in its goal to help its members achieve sustainable competitiveness through focused support works, representation and networking services. PhilJets, together with AIAP, are committed to working hand-in-hand to contribute meaningfully for the advancement of Philippine economy at a faster pace.
All those associations are thoroughly service and business oriented, through a common target of promotion of commerce interests and partnerships among companies, one of PhilJets core values.
For PhilJets, as for other firms, be involved in such organizations is also another step closer to the entire ASEAN market, and all its development opportunities.
