The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Manila Representative Office (hereinafter referred to as the “RLS”), an organization registered under the laws of the Republic of Germany, and duly licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines, intends to award managed-IT support services to support its’ operations and projects in the country.
The RLS in Manila is a non-profit organization, which promotes political educational programs and activities in the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia with focus on sustainable development and social rights.
The objective of the assignment is to strengthen RLS’ IT capacity for performing smoothly business operations in the Philippines. In this regard, RLS requires the services of a local IT company to support the operations of this office with around 9 employees. This external IT support services company is expected provide RLS Manila with the following:

Duration of Contract and Payment Modalities
The client intends to award a framework contract for five (5) years with a maximum fix agreed amount of compensation for the five years. However, the contract can be terminated without any reason by the end of each year. Payment and transactions on a monthly basis based on billing.
