BIR to extend ITR filing deadline for companies
The BIR is extending the deadline for the filing of annual income tax returns (ITR) for corporate taxpayers, following the recent surge in coronavirus cases and the President’s delay in signing into law the measure to bring down corporate income tax. NEDA says tighter quarantine to worsen hunger, unemployment

Startups to be granted registration exemptions
