The ECCP Food and Beverage Committee met to review its 2019 F&B advocacies. The group's discussions focused primarily on identifying its advocacy priorities and next steps in 2020. High on the agenda are matters concerning Ease of Doing Business in the F&B Industry; alignment with FDA especially on the issuance of Certificate of Product Registration (CPR); alignment with Bureau of Customs and DTI-Burea of Import Services; d) Review of Philippine food laws and regulations and potential amendments.
In close partnership with government, businesses, civil society, and academia, ECCP passionately works to enhance the business environment for both European and Filipino companies.
