MANILA - Some foreign investors are in favor of suspending excise taxes on fuel to assess its impact on the prices of basic goods, the head of a European trade group said on Wednesday.
A second tranche of reforms, which will rationalize incentives for corporations, will also be closely watched by businessmen, said European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines president Guenter Taus.
