Azkals mainstay Anton del Rosario will take part in the seventh European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) Football Cup on Saturday at the Nomad Sports Club in Paranaque City.
The popular Filipino-American center of the national team will do the ceremonial kick-off together with ECCP President Hubert d'Aboville, Vice President Eric Nielsen and KAYA Futbol Club Managing Director Armand del Rosario.
On its seventh year, the ECCP Football Cup has grown to become one of the biggest intercorporate tournaments in the country. This year's edition of the tournament will also feature for the first time a fashion show that will showcase some of the latest sportswear trends.
Dubbed "Play," the fashion show is in partnership with events marketing students from De La Salle University and will feature sportswear from Maui & Sons, Kickers, Tretorn and Italian brand Ellesse.
The ECCP has also added a cheering competition to the toumament where a record 25 teams are participating.
The games and the fashion show are open to the public for free.
